Credit & Payment Policy

Thinknod operates on a flexible, credit-based inquiry model.

Free Tier Renewal

Free credits (50pt) are provided monthly. Advanced models (gpt-5.1) are reserved for Architect and Sage scholars.

Monthly Reset Policy

All credits, including purchased subscriptions, are reset at the beginning of each billing cycle. Unused credits do not roll over.

Refund Policy

We adhere to fair refund standards for digital archival content.

  • Full refunds are available within 7 days of credit pack purchase.
  • However, refunds are restricted if even 1pt of the pack has been consumed.
  • Requests can be submitted via the platform management terminal.

Security Mandate

All data submitted for analysis is encrypted in transit and at rest. We guarantee that your datasets are never used for AI training or large language model fine-tuning.
